The safety and predictability of immediate loading of implants has been extensively studied and tested by countless clinical trials. How we integrate the scientific results suggested by researchers in everyday practice still remains a challenge for the team that makes the patient’s complex restoration.

Following the bredent group values, bredent medical Romania dedicated the 5th edition of the Specialists’ Forum to topics related to the immediate loading of dental implants. In a format that encouraged the communication between speakers and audience, attendants have shared latest ideas and solutions exemplified with clinical cases, some of them monitored and researched over the past 12 years.
